A Nurture Nanny can provide support and assistance to new parents in the first few stressful days and weeks when their baby comes home for the first time.  

Everybody agrees that bringing home a new baby is a joyful experience but a lot of new mums and dads underestimate how exhausting it is to have a new baby in the house, how sleep deprived they can get and how they don’t even find the time to do the most simplest things around the house.

Unfortunately babies don’t come with a user manual and what works for one might not work for another. This is where our Mums & Bubs Nurture Nanny can come in! To close the gab between the care you get from you Maternity Nurse/ Midwife and all the other little things that need to be done or that you are worried about.

Our Nurture Nanny has been working with newborns, young babies and toddlers for several years and has helped lots of families getting through the sometimes stressful first few months of their babies' life.

She can provide help and advice on:-

  • Feeding,
  • Sleep,
  • Settling,
  • Routines,
  • Walk the floor with your baby for a while,
  • Take your baby out for a walk etc,.

 

And is also there to just give a hand with general chores like:-

  • Do the washing up,
  • Hang out washing,
  • Prepare simple meals,
  • Basic shopping,
  • Sterilizing and preparing bottles,
  • Tidy up childrens' toys, room etc.,


All in all, be there to support parents and bubs in their day to day life!  And give mum (or dad) a little bit of time to recharge her batteries (have a long bath, have a nap, read a book or go for a walk, catch up with a friend...) while recovering from labour and looking after the rest of the family.

Rates:

Half day package:  $120.00 (4 hours)
Full day package:  $220.00 (8 hours)
